TMF Engineering is a Karachi-based team of engineers who design, build and explain university engineering projects across seven disciplines. We operate this website to showcase our work, list our project packages, and take on new project requests through our contact form.

The only place we knowingly collect personal information is our project request form. When you submit it, we ask for:

Name
So we know who we're speaking with and can address you correctly.
Used to send you a reply, quote, or project updates.
Phone Number
Used for faster coordination on urgent or time-sensitive requests.
Company Name
Optional — relevant if you're reaching out on behalf of a university team, department, or organisation.
Message
The details of your project, deadline, and requirements, so we can scope the work accurately.
We do not ask for payment card details, national identity numbers, or any other sensitive personal information through this website.
Information Automatically Stored
Beyond the contact form, a small amount of technical information is stored automatically on your device to make the site work properly:
Theme Preference
Whether you selected Light or Dark mode, saved in your browser's Local Storage so we don't ask every visit.
Cookie Consent
Whether you accepted or dismissed our cookie notice, saved in Local Storage so it doesn't reappear.
Admin Login Session
If you're a TMF team member, a session token is kept in Local Storage until you log out or it expires.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information collected only for the following purposes:
- To respond to your project inquiry and provide a quote or timeline.
- To coordinate delivery of your OEL, CEP, or FYDP project once you engage us.
- To remember your site preferences (theme and consent choice).
- To keep our admin panel secure through session-based login.
Contact form data is used only to respond to your inquiry — nothing more.
- We do not sell personal information to anyone.
- We do not run advertising trackers or ad-network pixels.
- We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

MongoDB Atlas
Secure database storage for contact form submissions and project requests.
Email Service Provider
Delivers your form submission and our replies to the correct inbox.
Data Security
We use industry-standard security practices — including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access-controlled databases, and session-based admin authentication — to protect the information you share with us.
No website can guarantee 100% security. While we take reasonable precautions, no method of transmission or storage is completely risk-free.
Data Retention
We keep information only as long as it's useful for the purpose it was collected for:

TMF Engineering is based in Karachi, Pakistan, but our website is accessible worldwide. If you're visiting from outside Pakistan, your information may be processed and stored in a country different from your own through our hosting and infrastructure providers.
